Established in 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family company within the Northern Italy's biggest industrial location. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide array of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
In 1963, the company began crane production. The company eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and manufactures 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These equipments are engineered and designed for a variety of applications and there are available models which could cover all construction requirements.
Some models provide really flexible lifting options for companies who are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes offer a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are located near each other.
