Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a huge variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you complete all your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and made in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more accurate manner. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to position loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being made and designed all the time and will be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom will compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
