Dressta’s Precision Machines
Creating dependable machines that meet the most rigorous standards and are provided at competitive prices and excellent technical support is vital to Dressta’s success. Dressta specializes in crawl dozers, pipelayers, belt shifters and crawler loaders. The Cummins engines supply power to the Dressta dozers and meet EU emissions requirements. Work within humid locations can cause engines to overheat, therefore, a Direct Drive powertrain option is available.
The efficient heating and air conditioning systems in the cabins keep the operators comfortable and safe while working in intense environments. Cabs are sealed to suppress sound and allow the operators to work at optimum performance levels. The operator enjoys maximum control thanks to the hydraulic systems to offer superior joystick maneuverability and clamp positioning precision while radial, parallel and combined operations are in effect.
Equipment Customization
Dressta equipment is completely customizable with a specific team of engineers to modify standard equipment, create new designs and improve attachment performance for certain applications. A variety of special feature packages are available.
Arctic Package
One of the popular Special Feature Requests for Dressta machines is the Arctic Package that allows the machine to work at maximum capacity during colder climate applications. Some of the popular Arctic Package items include reinforced blades, push arms for dozers, ripper shanks, extra lighting for blizzard visibility, steering levers that can handle thicker gloves, fuel heating, arctic cabs, oil heaters, a pre-heating system for the engine and cab heating.
Application Customization
Stockpile
The crawler dozers by Dressta offer a stockpile compaction feature package that makes working within unstable and sloped locations much easier to manage. The Dressta SFR equipment features a heavy-duty steel drum complete with a winch line attachment and brackets connected to the drum. The tensioning system prevents the line from touching the slope face. A cleaning system and precision guide are part of the machine.
Fire Tractor Dozers
This range of tractor dozers are ideal machines for preventing, cleaning up and containing forest fires. These dozers are working around falling trees, heavy ash, dirt, airborne sand and burning sap. The fire crews rely on the dozers to remove combustible material, cut path and clear fire lines. Additional fire suppression mechanisms include nozzles, an onboard control unit and external sensors.
A forestry cab kit helps to protect the operator and the machine with guards, steel mesh screens, sweeps and metallic fire curtains to eliminate damage from trees that fall during the fire. Special fire-resistant sheeting keeps the electrical components safe within the tractors and reinforced guards protect the hydraulic cylinders and the hoses. Winches, fire plows and bush blades comprise some of the additional attachments to tackle fires. Special features are implemented to prevent overheating such as cooling modules for the powertrain, charge air and radiator and the direct drive powertrain.
Belt Shifting
Mining applications rely on conveyor belts to move minerals and debris from the seam to a variety of reprocessing locations. The Dressta SB-85 is helpful for rapid repositioning of conveyor belts and realignment. This model can be used to shift railway tracks with a belt width up to 2500mm or is equally useful in confined spaces. Its high ground clearance keeps it mobile along difficult terrain.
Dozer Line
Tough environments are no match for Dressta’s efficient and reliable dozer lineup. From steel production to power generation, coal handling applications and 24/7 operations, these machines have specific coal blades, shock-absorbing undercarriages and excellent stability for uneven job sites. Customize track shoe, ripper and blade options, superior traction and precision steering to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
The Turbine Type Precleaner removes coal dust from the air to prolong filter efficiency and economy and engine lifespan. Testing confirms that Dressta equipment can operate for over 4000 coal hour applications in a year, making them an industry leader across the globe.
Construction & Material Handling
Construction applications rely on quality machines to comply with timelines, productivity and safety applications. There are many Dressta machines on the market to help you finish your lifting, loading, ripping, dozing and construction jobs.
Forestry
1. There are forestry jobs that use SFRs to complete particular modifications to finish the demands of this challenging application including a reversible cooling fan, high-capacity fuel tanks, auxiliary hydraulics, a fire suppression system, protective guarding, cyclonic air filtration and winches.
There are numerous forestry attachments to make working in this environment safer, easier and more productive. There is a perfect Dressta machine for every application including loading, transport, pushing logs, towing and cutting applications.
Foundry
Operator safety needs to be maintained during hot conditions to maintain superior safety. There are SFRs to facilitate safe working conditions including the double-glazing hinge windshield for keeping safety the utmost priority when working with hot slag and other dangerous materials. There is also a special air-cleaning system to filter dust and debris prior to the air reaching the operator cab.
Dressta Wheel Loader Feature Benefits
Some of the Dressta Wheel Loader benefits include reinforced cabs with ROPS, Z-Bar loader linkage, Padfoot and chopper options, self-cleaning track shoes to stop clogging within the undercarriage, attachments and reinforced buckets to handle hot materials, insulated hoses offer heat protection, mounted wheel chains and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures.
